The Heidi, designed by Rich Kolin and the subject of his book, Traditional boat Building Made Easy, is a wonderful little flat bottom skiff. This Heidi half-model was constructed in the Museum's boatshop and is sure to please with a mahogany bottom against red oak backboard.
